Were you aware that most experienced users consider Clean My Mac as malware? Mac OS is extremely secure and if simply kept up to date it will remain so. It does not require nor benefit from using any third party antivirus, cleaning or any other third party 'maintenance' utilities. Please find the developers instructions for uninstalling it and please do so. That is the major issue with from your EtreCheck report.
